Code Shock, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a New Mexico limited liability company, owns and operates RankRebel ("Service", "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our websites, applications, and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services") or when you otherwise interact with us.
By using RankRebel, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Services.

• Billing information (payment card details processed securely via Stripe)

When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and we never store your full credit card number.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services.
Account Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription, your account remains accessible and your data is retained for 90 days. This allows you to reactivate your subscription if you change your mind. After 90 days of inactivity following cancellation, your data may be permanently deleted.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by:
1. First canceling any active subscription on the Subscription page
2. Then using the "Delete Account" option in Settings
3. Confirming the deletion request
Upon confirmation, your account will be scheduled for complete removal. Deletion is processed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Paused Subscriptions
If you pause your subscription, your account and data are retained. Pausing is available for up to 90 days. After 90 days, billing will automatically resume. To permanently stop billing, you must cancel your subscription.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
• Access and receive a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict processing of your personal data
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
• Withdraw consent at any time

RankRebel uses artificial intelligence to power certain features, including Rio, our AI assistant.

• Rio uses large language models to answer your questions and provide guidance
• AI may analyze your project data to surface insights and recommendations
• Conversations with Rio may be processed by third-party AI service providers

Your Data and AI
• Your conversations with Rio are stored to provide conversation history and improve the service
• We do NOT use your data to train AI models
• We do NOT sell your conversation data to third parties
• You can delete your Rio conversation history at any time in your account settings
AI Limitations
Rio provides suggestions and guidance based on SEO best practices and your data. AI-generated responses should not be considered professional SEO, legal, financial, or business advice. Always verify important decisions with qualified professionals.
Our Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
