These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RankRebel ("Service", "Platform"), a product owned and operated by Code Shock, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a New Mexico limited liability company. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before using RankRebel. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use RankRebel. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or no longer current.
RankRebel is a search engine optimization (SEO) platform that provides tools for keyword research, competitor analysis, rank tracking, and content optimization. The Service is designed to help businesses and individuals improve their search engine visibility.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Subscription Plans
RankRebel offers the following subscription plans:
• Starter Plan: $30/month
• Pro Plan: $79/month
Details of each plan's features and limits are available on our pricing page. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
Trial Subscription ("Underdog Special")
RankRebel offers a paid trial for $7, which provides 14 days of full access to the Service.
Trial Terms:
• The Trial begins immediately upon payment
• You may cancel at any time before day 14 to avoid further charges
• If you do not cancel before the Trial period ends, your subscription automatically renews at the standard monthly rate for your selected plan
• We will send email reminders before your Trial converts to a paid subscription
• Trial subscribers receive one competitor analysis report (the "Forever Report") that remains accessible regardless of subscription status
One-Time Offer: The Underdog Special ($7 trial) can only be used once per customer. If we extend other promotional offers in the future, each offer may only be used one time per customer.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscription page in your account.
Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause your subscription for up to 90 days. During the pause period:
• Your account and data remain accessible
• You are not charged
• After 90 days, billing automatically resumes at your regular rate
• To permanently stop billing, you must cancel your subscription before the pause period ends
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscription page in your account. Upon cancellation:
• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent periods
• Your account and data are retained for 90 days after your access ends
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time in your current billing period
Refunds
Trial Refunds: The $7 Trial fee is non-refundable once access is granted. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service during your Trial, contact support@rankrebel.io for assistance.
Subscription Refunds: For monthly subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from your first subscription payment (the payment after your Trial ends). To request a refund, contact support@rankrebel.io within 7 days of your first subscription charge.
After the initial 7-day period, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Canceling, pausing, or deleting your account does not entitle you to a partial refund. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use
• Resell, redistribute, or provide access to the Service to third parties
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions, including termination of their account and reporting to law enforcement.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Code Shock, LLC. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Trial subscribers are entitled to one competitor analysis report (the "Forever Report") that remains accessible to them regardless of whether they continue their subscription.
Forever Report Terms:
• The report is generated during the Trial period
• The report can be downloaded as a PDF
• The report remains accessible in your account for 12 months after subscription cancellation
• After 12 months of account inactivity, reports may be deleted per our data retention policy
The Forever Report is provided as-is at the time of generation. We do not guarantee that the data will remain accurate over time, as competitor SEO metrics change frequently.
RankRebel includes Rio, an AI-powered assistant designed to help you navigate the Service and understand SEO concepts.
AI Limitations and Disclaimer:
• Rio provides suggestions, guidance, and explanations based on general SEO best practices and your data
• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should NOT be considered professional SEO, legal, financial, or business advice
• You are solely responsible for decisions made based on Rio's suggestions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses
• SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competitor actions, and market conditions
• Always verify important business decisions with qualified professionals
By using Rio or other AI-powered features, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competitor actions, and market conditions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODE SHOCK, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Code Shock, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may permanently delete your account at any time. To delete your account:
1. Cancel any active subscription on the Subscription page
2. Go to Settings and select "Delete Account"
3. Confirm the deletion request
Upon confirmation:
• Your account will be scheduled for complete removal
• All associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• This action cannot be undone
• Any remaining subscription time is forfeited without refund
If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it before the Delete Account option becomes available. This ensures you understand that deletion forfeits any remaining paid access.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New Mexico.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Code Shock, LLC regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and us relating to the Service.
